With panoramic views of the Marshwood Vale from the lounge of Strongate View, the Apartment is the perfect location for both exploring and recharging your batteries. An ideal base for two adults or a couple with a child as a Jaybe single bed is also available. The apartment is situated in the village of Salway Ash, just a short 3 mile drive to the market town of Bridport and the Jurassic coast.

External Stairs
External stairs at the side of the house lead up to the accommodation which is all first floor.
Living Area
Lounge/Living room with comfy leather sofa, separate chair and smart TV. There is a table and two chairs and a chest with games. Free Wifi.
Kitchenette
Cooking area includes induction hob, microwave, Neff oven & fridge (with freezer compartment). Dishwasher with kettle and toaster.
Main Bedroom
The bedroom is two steps up from the living area. Large bedroom with a comfy king size bed, wardrobe space and full length mirror. The internal door (between owner's house and the annexe) is located in the bedroom and will always be locked during your stay. Ideally suited for two adults but a Jaybe single bed is also available for young child. Travel cot and highchair also available on request.
Shower Room
Large cubicle shower with wash basin and WC.
Parking
Parking is available for one car at the front of the property on the road.

Booking Terms and Conditions
When you book with us directly from this website using our booking system, by phone or email, the following terms and conditions will apply:
- A non refundable deposit of £150 is required on the day of booking
- Payments debit/credit card (if booking online) or by BACS faster payments (if via phone). We will contact you with our BACS details.
- Full booking balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.
- If the booking is made less than 14 days before start date then the full balance is payable at the time of the booking
The following cancellation policy is in place:
- If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the start date then no balance payment is requested.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the start date then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
- In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
